ARTICLE 1: ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE
Any order implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. In paying for an order, the customer accepts unreservedly the terms and conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2: SALES CONCLUSION
The sales are made between the parties. The customer becomes owner of the product as soon as payment has been made, notwithstanding the date of delivery.
ARTICLE 3: DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS
Laurenceairline fulfils its pre-contractual duties to inform and advise.
The product’s main features are summarised in the detailed description going along with the pictures of the product.
ARTICLE 4: CUSTOMER REGISTRATION
Registration is not required to access the website. However, the customer must log in to place an order.
Compulsory information to be disclosed online: Title, First name, Family name, Email address, Telephone number, Delivery address.
ARTICLE 5: PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes. Products are supplied at the applicable prices at the time of the order. Payment must be made by credit card.
Payment data are neither stored by Laurenceairline nor by the organisation in charge of the financial transaction. Payment is effective immediately.
The information you provide when placing your order and your credit card information are subject to automated data processing system by our partner Klik&pay. This automated data processing system is intended to define a level of transaction analysis and to fight against credit card fraud, theft and improper use of your identity.
Laurenceairline and Klik&pay are the recipients of the data related to your order. Your credit card number is never used as such nor transmitted again. It is processed by a security encryption system. The highest security standards are applied to data storage and are all in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). You may object to the disclosure of your information, knowing that the non-transmission of these data prevents the execution and analysis of your transaction and will lead us to suggest another way of booking your order.
Unpaid invoices due to fraudulent use of credit card registration will involve registration of the order details associated with this outstanding payment in a payment incident file. Irregular declaration or anomaly may also be subjected to special treatment.
Depending on the information provided by the order analysis system, we might contact you and ask for additional documentation. In this case, provision of this information is a sine qua non to securing your order.
ARTICLE 6: DELIVERY RATES AND TIMES
Delivery rates will be calculated at the time of the order.
Delays in delivery time do not constitute grounds for the payment of damages.
ARTICLE 7: UNAVAILABILITY OF THE ORDERED PRODUCT
If, in exceptional circumstances, the ordered product was to be unavailable the customer will be entitled to either an exchange or a refund without delay and at the latest within thirty days after payment.
ARTICLE 8: QUALITY OF ARTICLES
Quantity and quality of the delivered product shall be those specified at the time of the order.
Articles sold by Laurenceairline are guaranteed to be new and to have under no circumstances been used before.
ARTICLE 9: NON-COMPLIANCE OF THE ORDER/DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In case of an anomaly concerning the delivery, i.e. in case of a damaged product or of non-conformity of the product (e.g. wrong colour), the customer must at the earliest opportunity, preferably on the day of delivery, inform Laurenceairline by email at the following address: contact@laurenceairline.com.
Any claims made later than three days after the day of delivery will be rejected.
The absence of complaint and non-issuance of reserves from the customer mean that the product delivered is deemed satisfactory and will not be subjected to any subsequent dispute.
ARTICLE 10: CANCELLATION: RETRACTION RIGHT
The customer has a period of seven days to exercise his or her retraction right, starting the day after he or she received the product.
This right is to be exercised by sending a registered mail along with the delivery receipt to Laurenceairline within seven business days. Laurenceairline willl then provide a return policy to follow by the client.
Using this right will lead to the refunding of the amount paid by the customer after the quality and quantity of the returned article have been checked.
ARTICLE 11: RETURNS
The customer must initiate, arrange and pay for the return. Under no circumstances can Laurenceairline be responsible for organising the return of the product.
Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in perfect condition with its original packing, over which must be added another packaging fully wrapping it, if it shows no signs of having been used and is accompanied by any accessories it came with.
It is only after verifying that these conditions have been met that Laurenceairline will be able to process the refund of the amount paid for the returned article, exclusive of the original delivery rates. If these conditions have not been met, refund will never be processed and the customer will remain the owner of the product.
ARTICLE 12: GENERAL INFORMATION
These general conditions take effect from January 1st 2024. Laurenceairline reserves the right to modify certain elements of these general terms and conditions throughout the year.
