SHIPPING

LAURENCEAIRLINE offers shipping to France with Colissimo and to the rest of the world with DHL. Estimated shipping times are in addition to processing times. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please note, processing times may be slightly longer during sale and holiday periods.

LAURENCEAIRLINE ships worldwide and you will be able to track your order at any time. Standard shipping is offered for all orders above 180€.

Delivery time and Shipping Costs

FRANCE
DHL(1-2 day): €8.00

EUROPEAN UNION
DHL (3–5 days): €12.00

REST OF THE WORLD
DHL (3–7 days): €25.00

 

TAX FREE FOR NON-EU

Orders with a shipping address outside of the European Union will have 20% VAT automatically deducted from their order during checkout once a valid address has been entered. Additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by local governing authorities. These costs shall be borne by the customer. All items are shipped from Paris, France with an official declaration of the total price and country of origin for each item.

As of March 10, 2016, customers in the USA may receive up to $800 worth of goods without paying any customs tax or duties.

 

RETURN POLICY

To return an item, please fill in the form included in your package.

The item must be new, unworn items which are in their original packaging with all original tags attached may be returned to LAURENCEAIRLINE within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange (subject to stock availability).

Refunds will be issued via original payment method within two weeks of our receipt of the item(s). PayPal refunds may take up to thirty days and are subject to PayPal refund regulations.

The return of defective or damaged items will only be accepted if the item was defective or damaged upon receipt.

Sale items are subject to our standard return policy.

We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon receipt before removing any attached tags, or disposing of any original packaging. Please notify us immediately by email if you receive any item which is defective, damaged or missing original tags/packaging.

 

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Regrettably, we wont be able to bear the cost incurred when customers outside France will be returning an item. The customers outside France are expected to bear the costs incurred when returning an item.

A return label will be provided for our customers residing in France if they so request it by email.

LAURENCEAIRLINE cannot accept responsibility or compensate such costs.
